a year agoI’m sharing this review with mixed emotions because I went from a 5 star rating to 2. Let me explain.E&L had done work at both of my properties previously. So when I needed a huge job done for a construction project, I called him. I looked into several tree removal services, but because of our previous experience, I chose him. On the Day he came to do the job,, he was in a lot of pain. The job took all day, but he was visibly having a hard time moving around throughout the day. Based on the agreed-upon work, there were 2 or 3 things that he didn’t finish. He acknowledged he didn’t have the right truck and that he did the best he could because of the pain. So because I empathized with him, I paid him in full, in cash. A few weeks later, as the weather improved and time passed for his pain to ease, I called him back and asked him to come finish 2 areas that we originally agreed upon which I paid him for. Initially, he did not respond. After several more contacts, he did finally answer. He said he’s tending to a family member, but if I wanted him to come back, he would have to charge me more. I explained to him that this was the original ask and all I’m asking is that he finish what I paid for. As of this writing, he still has not responded. As time has passed I am not expecting him to. Additionally, I referred him to 2 of my family members, which I would have never done had I known that he would not stand by his work. Needless to say, I won’t be trusting his services for anything in the future. So while I did appreciate the work that was done, he doesn’t stand by it. He’s not a man of his word. So thank you Ernie for showing me who you really are.

3 years agoHighly recommend. Ernie's prices are very reasonable, he was prompt, he and his crew did a really great job and left my property spotless.

3 years agoErnie is the man! He was very prompt to respond. His quote was substantially lower than three others. Showed up when he said he would and cleaned up perfectly! Highly recommended.

7 years agoWould highly recommend and use again. Ernie was less than HALF of what we were quoted with three other companies. Wonderful to deal with, very efficient, and did a fantastic job.

10 years agoernie is wonderful to deal with . he has the best rates around, comes right out and makes things fast and easy for you . he does excellent work and leaves the yard spotless. no job to big or small for ernie. recommend highly, helen in eht
